Maybe it is 1-5 points and not 9 or 1-3, that has the 2 different "high morale" depending on how higher than the required value is the current morale. I don't trust the "today's stress" values. We can't just give a dupe the scientist hat right away. They require 4 morale for that. 1 base, -1 for early food, +1 bedroom, +1 bathroom, +1 take a break, +1 water cooler. Should be able to get all that up before finishing the basic techs. Just can't rush straight into higher tier.

Oxygen Not Included. Is this a bug/mistake? Increased Decor Morale Bonus in both positive and negative traits. Is this a real thing or a mistake in the game? The game just makes goofy combos sometimes. The random number generator for dupe creation truly is random.
